for Metal Deposition in Perovskite Solar Cell
Product Description

This equipment is a small desktop thermal evaporation coater ,which is installed with double evaporation source, and each evaporation is separately supplied with power,which  can be opened alternately or simultaneously; Each one of them can provide a maximum of 100A coating current,the maximum evaporating temperature up to 1800ºC,and can meet the evaporation of a variety of common metal and part of non-metal ,therefor it can be widely used in the preparation of electrode and organic light-emitting LED. The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel and has been degassed before delivery. It can reach the limit vacuum of 5x10-5Pa with the molecular pump group, which can meet the vacuum environment required by the evaporation of most materials. The two groups of evaporation sources are placed symmetrically, and each evaporation source has a separate baffle to ensure that the coating process is not polluted.
